How long will the service take?
Hand car washes take 45 minutes to 1 hour, and car detailing can take 1-2 hours depending on the day. Please discuss with the concierge manager for further clarification.
Are discounts available for multiple vehicles?
Sure! Please discuss this with the store manager and they will be happy to assist. Store contact information can be found on our website.
What do I do if I’m not happy with the service?
If you aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply speak with the store staff before you leave the location and we will rectify all issues immediately on site. A happy customer is our top priority!
Do I need to make a booking?
Bookings aren’t necessary, however for convenience we do have a booking tool on our website if you would like to make a booking. We accept all walk-ins and bookings.
